Sharing its original release date with the DS420, the XJ series first appeared in 1968 with the input of Sir William Lyons, founder of Jaguar.  Years on, the XJ series has evolved into one of the world’s most prestigious luxury vehicles, the XJ8 winning ‘Car of the Year’ in 1998.  Widely regarded as one of Jaguar’s finest motorcars, the XJ8 features classical Jaguar appointments including a 4.0 litre V8 engine, stunning power and a gliding performance.
